I have only great things to say about SDR in Florence. I'm not a fan of dentists AT ALL. But Dr. Daniel Petersen is a genuinely caring person. From the time I was greeted by the very friendly receptionist to Dr. Petersen's assistant and Dr. Petersen himself it was the nicest staff I've ever seen. Thanks to SDR for making what is usually a tense nerve wrecking experience a really calm comforting one. I highly recommend Singing River Denistry to everyone. I just can't say enough kind words about them.

Singing River Dentistry was AMAZING!!! The lady at the front desk was so friendly, she made us feel welcome the second we walked through the door! My mom had teeth pulled and dentures put in. Dr. Margaret Parker was great!!! She made my mother feel so comfortable, she listened to every concern and thought we had, her assistant was also precious!! They were so gentle and caring!!! It's a rough procedure, but these ladies made it such a good experience!!! I would recommend this place to ANYONE!!! Thank you guys so much!!

An incredible dental practice! Professional, clean, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating! I left eager to return. All of the staff was so kind and seemed genuinely happy to be working there from Erica at the front desk to Natalie the hygienist, to the head dentist, and everyone in between! A lovely place. The lobby made me feel right at home, like I could have leaned back in my chair and read a book. I have anxiety with dental treatments. I realized about halfway through getting my teeth cleaned that my hands were not clenched, that I hadn't dug my fingernails into the arms of the chair, and that I wasn't anxious at all. Everyone from the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the doctor was professional and kind. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I have had a lot of visits to this place and I have never had a bad one. The wait time is always short and the atmosphere there is both pleasant and professional. Dr. Westerman seems to have a rare combination of sincere people skills and dental skills. She makes it seem effortless like any truly great professional can. She works circles around any other dentist I have been to, resulting in as few visits as possible, at the best quality anywhere. We are fortunate to have her here in Florence.

My family and I have always had good dentistry experiences, but, after switching to Singing River Dentistry, I can now say we've had a great dentistry experience. The staff is amazing. Natalie Johnson is our hygienist and she is a complete rockstar - easy to talk to, thorough, well educated & trained. Knowing dental work can feel very awkward, they do an amazing job helping you feel at ease. I completely recommend Singing River. They're top shelf.

The founders are strong Christian men with ideals of service to the people in their communities and the the world around them. Charity events as well as missionary involvement with their skills.

I have never had to wait for my appointment. They are always ready at the scheduled time. The assistant is on point with the dentist . You can tell they are a true team. They work so smoothly together. They are very professional and caring. They make sure I am comfortable and everything is ok with me!!!

They were amazing! Took excellent care of me and my broken tooth. I suffered all weekend and first thing Monday morning they got me right in as a brand new patient. Had me taken care of and going home in an hour. Great staff, great dentist. Dr. Maples and his assistant Alex were fabulous! Kind, compassionate and caring. I can't say enough good things about the Florence office. I'll definitely be returning and referring others! Thank you for fixing me up ASAP!
